Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your store?

Flute & Harris is at Unit 35, Whitgift Centre, Croydon CR0 1UP. We are open Monday to Saturday 10:30am – 5:30pm and Sunday 11:00am – 5:00pm. Parking is available in the Whitgift Centre NCP car park on Wellesley Road.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest, but registering lets you move through checkout faster, store multiple delivery addresses, and view and track your orders.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

All deliveries are sent with DPD. Express UK delivery (1 business day) is £7, Europe (2-3 business days) is £10, and USA, Canada and Rest of World (2-4 business days) is £30. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. See our Shipping page for full details.

How can I track my order?

Sign into your FLUTEANDHARRIS.COM account to find the tracking number and courier details for your order, or contact us and we will help.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

For security reasons we are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed. Please ask us to cancel the original order and then place a replacement order.

Will I pay import duties?

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duty and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. Choose ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout and pay by credit or debit card (PayPal is not available for Click and Collect). We will email you within 1 hour during opening hours to confirm your order is ready. Bring the card you paid with and one form of photo ID. More about Click and Collect.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Email us at info@fluteandharris.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send you a returns reference number and form. Items must be new, unworn, with tags and security seal intact, and returned within 14 days of receiving the form. Return postage is at your cost; we do not charge to send out exchanges. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT.

How do I find my size?

How can I be sure the items you sell are genuine?

Flute & Harris has been trading since 2016. We are authorised stockists for the designers we feature, and every item sold on our website and in store is authentic.
