To use this service, please select the ‘Click and Collect’ shipping option during the checkout process and make your payment with a Credit/Debit card. Unfortunately we cannot accept payments with PayPal for Click and Collect orders.

We will contact you by email within 1 hour (during operating hours) to confirm your order is available for collection and we will help you book an appointment slot for you to collect your order.

Free parking is available for our customers at the rear of the store. Please call the store upon arrival to gain access to the car park.

When collecting your order, please bring the original credit card used to place your order and 1 form of photo ID (passport or driving license).

If you are not completely satisfied with your Click and Collect order, you are welcome to use our free returns service for a refund or exchange. Please see our Return & Exchange page for further information on how to return your online order.

Both Click and collect and virtual appointments can be made between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
